On July 27 and 28, Best Foot Forward worked together with local law enforcement to educate drivers on crosswalk safety before children head back-to-school. WFTV Channel 9’s Chantelle Navarro was on-scene in Oakland during Operation Best Foot Forward and spoke to Oakland Police Lt. Angela Campbell on pedestrian and bicyclist safety.
