Kissimmee Police educate drivers with new BFF PSA
When it comes to people walking, Kissimmee is putting its best foot forward – literally. Through education, engineering and enforcement (the “Triple E” approach), they are working to create safer streets with the Best Foot Forward program. Here’s a great PSA, produced by the City of Kissimmee’s Access Osceola team and the Kissimmee Police Department, that talks about Best Foot Forward and the Florida driver yield law that requires drivers to yield or stop to people crossing the street in marked crosswalks.
Thank you to the City of Kissimmee and the Kissimmee Police Department for your hard work on this project and for educating drivers to keep walkers safe.
