WFTV Channel 9’s Christy Turner speaks to Barbara Giles of the Best Foot Forward program about what is being done to make the streets safer for pedestrians and bicyclists in Central Florida and what parents can tell their children to help them cross our streets more safely. The segment also previews the July 27 and 28 Operation Best Foot Forward, happening to make sure drivers are stopping for people in crosswalks as children head back to school.
