WESH covers Operation Best Foot Forward in Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties in July 2020. During the operation, local law enforcement officers and deputies look for drivers who fail to follow Florida’s driver yield laws, and who put pedestrian lives at stake by not stopping for them in marked crosswalks. Drivers who fail to follow the law face a $164+ ticket and three points on their license. Originally aired by WESH 2 on July 21, 2020.
